Leo Old has 11 years of experience in working with healthcare institutions on issues related to infection control, hazardous materials, and regulatory compliance. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Memphis. Mr. Bennett is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a registered fire protection engineer. During his career, he served as General Safety Officer for four years at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. As General Safety Officer, he was responsible for fire safety, emergency preparedness and other environmental health and safety matters. Mr. Old has served as an environmental health consultant for seven years and has provided health and safety training to personnel from a variety of organizations. He also serves as a guest speaker for healthcare engineering societies and APIC (Assoc. for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology) chapters in Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Kansas.

Richard Bennett is a principal of RiskTech, LLC, a provider of risk management, industrial hygiene, and infection control services specializing in the healthcare industry. He has over 20 years of indoor air quality and infection control experience. Mr. Bennett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and a Masters of Science Degree in Public Health. He is an adjunct associate professor of environmental health science with the School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina.

Guy Ott recently retired after 19 years from his position as Vice President, Facilities and Operations at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. The Hutchinson Center is an internationally recognized biomedical research organization with over 3,000 staff, occupying a 14-acre campus in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Ott is a Certified Facilities Manager and a LEED(tm) Accredited Professional. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Having direct responsibility for the strategic long-range planning of Facilities and Operations and design and development of 1.3 million sq. ft. of Capital Construction Projects, Mr. Ott brings a vast knowledge of infection control procedures from the facility side.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering and is also a LEED™ Accredited Professional.
