How to Make Sure You Get the "A" Team for your Next Healthcare Building Project

May 13, 2008
1:30 - 3:00 PM Eastern Time

As the “Baby Boomer” generation nears retirement, their need for specialized medical care will increase, and with that need comes a strain on frequently overpopulated hospitals and medical complexes. Any healthcare facility manager can tell you the solution is to expand facilities and services to cover a broader area, whether they are nestled in a sprawling metropolis or a more rural setting.

Wherever the need may arise, one fact remains constant: healthcare facility construction is creating a lot of new demand for high-quality skilled workers. We can all agree that the shortage of skilled workers does not help contractors or architects in the bidding process – so how can healthcare building owners ensure that “A” building and architect teams will bid on, and eventually be assigned to, their projects?

This conference will provide insight regarding the differences between “A” and “C” teams, how the differences can impact the success of a project and how to ensure that the best design and construction teams will not only bid on the project but will commit their best available resources.
